People do much more moronic things on alcohol than they do on weed. All people do on weed is eat potato chips and play Halo 2.

The way I look at Proposal 1 is: What's it gonna hurt?

The way I look at Proposal 1 is: What's it gonna hurt? Exactly, on weed you watch TV, eat, laugh a lot, and sleep. You can't die from smoking too much weed. On alcohol you have sex with random people, drive drunk, fall and hurt your self, fall and hurt others, fall and break stuff . . etc. The list can go on forever. You can die from drinking too much alchol, it happenes often.

if i could vote itd be yes on both for me.
and with the whole marijuana deal. I dont see it being that big of a deal. My grandma die form cancer like 3 years ago and when she was alive and living with cancer she smoked weed all the time because it made her feel better.

David, while I have no experience with weed, I've seen and heard people and it sounds like you can do a lot of stupid things on weed too. It alters your mind and effects your actions and impairs your judgment. Yeah, there are people that just eat potato chips and play Halo but there are also people that get behind the wheel and endanger other people. Nobody would do it if it didn't have some kind of effect on you. But as I have said, I have no experience and I don't plan on conducting any experiments.
The way I see it, if they pass Proposal 1, they need to make similar laws on blood-weed content levels or whatever you want to call it.

That would be impossible to check. You can only tell if you've smoked weed or not, you can't check how much.

Matt, the two are completely different. One slows down your mind and the other just makes you hungry, things look a bit cooler. Some people do stupid things after smoking, but in general, those people, are stupid to begin with and shouldn't be smoking.
I think if it's ever legalized, there should be normal age restrictions, and harsh punishments for abuse, like alcohol.
