oh yeah, it was going to be one game at a time anyways, but I still fully believe that they can be the team they were believed to be, so long as they stay healthy & Willis comes back after the surgery to get that stick out of his ass.

They keeping blowing (small) leads when they go to the bullpen...
And just when I lose all hope they score 19 runs in one game... WTF?
Now they are possibly getting swept again tonight... It's hard to believe they have any chance to make the post season now.

its going to be ups and downs, you have a few brand new players... an awful bull pen, but everyone on this board who talks trash this year about the tigers, will be all up on tiger boners next year when they have played together for long enough to be comfortable....
i spent to many seasons watching them suck sooo sooo bad, that this is just more expensive sucking... but it will change, last year the yanks sucked hard for the first half, beat asses for the second half and made the playoffs
are you really scared that you cant catch, the indians with fausto carmona on the dl, the white sox with thome, and dye hitting under .250 and the twins... im not even going to count the royals cuz they will implode soon...
mark my words
ps the wings and pistons took a huge crap in my eyeballs today, boo to them both, the tiger are going to win, thats a bonus...

How can you Boo the wings in that game? Both goalies made some sick saves. Some huge hits. Wings were getting knocked down then popping up and stealing the puck to get shots in. There were pucks ringing the posts- it was awesome. That was probably the most entertaining game of the entire season so far aside from a couple of the dallas/san jose OT battles. It was far from a crap in the eyeballs.... So they lost by one goal- It was an epic battle. If the guins hadn't won that game I would have been kind of surprised. Tomorrow's game is THE turning point. I can't wait.
The Pistons game was the polar opposite. Mega f'ing yawn. I can't sit through the boredom of Pistons bball. The cliche is so true- just watch the last ten minutes of the game- it's all that matters.
Tigers at least avoided the broom again, and they might have a chance to rally this year against some of the teams in their division, so I haven't counted them out totally yet. They can't keep losing series though. I don't expect them to sweep every series either but you gotta admit they're shaky. I also think it's too much change in one season for them to be clicking, so yes next season should kick ass.
You can't dog the wings if you aren't dogging the tigers. Be real.

Wings - Going to win the next two. Penguins are too good to be swept. Wings are too good to lose twice. Franzen's got his legs now, he'll dominate next game, and Datsyuk's going to get at least 2 points.
Pistons - They'll win tonight, and lose in Game 7. I'm so tired of Rasheed's BS. 4 rebounds in Game 5? That hack that starts for Boston had 4 rebounds in the first 4 minutes. I forget his name, but he's got a funny growth on his chin.
Tigers - They're done. Mark my words, this season is over. There's absolutely zero reason to believe that they have a chance. Just to win 90 games, they have to play .720 ball or something over the rest of the year. Not going to happen with Verlander and Bonderman not being very good, and the hitters taking weeks off at a time. I was the biggest proponent of the big trade w/ Florida, but now I'm realizing that that was the New York Yankee in me. You're trading away your young energy players, and now you're suffering. Arizona, best team in baseball. All young dudes.
